Sabre's Bistrot cutlery takes its cue from Paris cafés, terraces and little neighbourhood restaurants — simple lines, visible rivets and a warm teak-look handle that goes with everything from linen to stoneware. This is the shiny, polished-steel finish.The Sabre large cheese knife is ideal for cutting and serving large and generous cheeses. Collection: Sabre Paris, Bistrot (shiny) Colour: Teak Length: approx. 24.4 cm Material: Stainless steel — AISI 304 for spoons and forks, AISI 420 for blades; polymer (PBT) handle Care: Dishwasher safe at max 45°C — open the door at the end of the cycle. When washing by hand, skip abrasive sponges. Any small rings on blades come off with a soft cloth and a little white vinegar. Not for the microwave.
