Cheese cleaver - Bistrot Teak

Sabre's Bistrot cutlery takes its cue from Paris cafés, terraces and little neighbourhood restaurants — simple lines, visible rivets and a warm teak-look handle that goes with everything from linen to stoneware. This is the shiny, polished-steel finish.

Its solid, sharp blade makes this Sabre cheese cleaver particularly suitable for cutting hard cheeses.

• Care: Dishwasher safe at max 45°C — open the door at the end of the cycle. When washing by hand, skip abrasive sponges. Any small rings on blades come off with a soft cloth and a little white vinegar. Not for the microwave.
