Welcome to our Returns & Refunds Center! At Cigale & Fourmi, we're committed to your happiness, which is why we've made our returns process as straightforward as possible for you. Our policy is valid for 30 days, giving you ample time to ensure your purchase meets your expectations. If not, we're here to assist!
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us at info@cigalefourmi.com for straightforward instructions. This applies to both domestic and international orders. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase and describe the issue. We’re here to help!
Time Frame
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage you to contact us as soon as you decide your purchase isn’t quite right.
International Shipping
- UK Customers: Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and handling fees upon arrival. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
- US Customers: Orders shipped to the US may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and handling fees upon arrival. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
Condition for Return
Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. This is necessary to make the item available for another customer.
Exemptions
We cannot accept returns on beverages, gift cards, or any items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. For textile products like towels and sheets, we accept returns of products that have been handled with care. Cosmetic products must be unused and have seals unbroken.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Please note that we do not offer free shipping for returns.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@cigalefourmi.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at info@cigalefourmi.com, and we'll guide you through the process.
International Returns
For customers outside Finland, please contact us at info@cigalefourmi.com before returning products to ensure the correct procedures are followed.
