Sabre

Sabre was founded in Paris in 1993 by Francis Gelb, who grew up in a family of cutlery makers and set out to free the table from formal, matching sets. Still made in France, Sabre's cutlery plays with colour, material and pattern — from the riveted Bistrot line, inspired by the cafés and terraces of Paris, to more playful collections — so that every place setting can be a little different, and every meal a little more personal.
