Caracas Raku Pot - Mint
These stunning pots has a cracked glazed finish and are each unique. They can be used as planters or stand alone pieces. It is important to note that the Caracas pot is not 100% waterproof as it is not glazed on the bottom and the raku baking technique gives cracks on the glazed areas.
Raku is a baking technique that originated in Japan in the mid sixteenth century. During the extreme temperature changes of cooling down, glazing and cracking occurs on the surface.
